Escudo de púrpura, pano de muralha acastelado de prata, lavrado a negro, frestado e aberto de vermelho, movente dos flancos, sendo as torres laterais rematadas por loureiros de ouro; em ponta, crescente do mesmo. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro : " LOULÉ - S. CLEMENTE ".

The arms were officially granted on June 29, 1998.
