Escudo de verde, borla doutoral de ouro, entre quatro marcos de propriedade de prata, um em chefe, um em ponta e um em cada flanco; campanha ondada de prata, azul e prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ VALE – SÃO COSME “.
