Escudo de azul, ponte romana de um arco, de prata, lavrada de negro, movente dos flancos e nascente de um pé ondado de prata e azul, encimado por duas espigas de trigo de ouro, com os pés passados em aspa e atados de prata, em chefe, cruz da ordem de Malta, de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro, em maiúsculas : “ SANDIÃES – PONTE DE LIMA “.
