Spanish Partido y medio cortado. Primero sobre gules, oveja churra,de planta presente y contornada, surmontada de ocho estrellas de oro, de seis puntas,puestas tres,tres y dos. Segundo: En oro, libro abierto de sable, surmontado de birrete doctoral de sable con borla de gules. Tercero: En sable, torre de plata extractora de petróleo. Entado en punta de plata con onda de azur. Al timbre, corona real cerrada.
