De gueules à une clef d'or renversée posée en pal, le panneton à dextre, accostée de deux étoiles à six rais d'argent, l'écu sommé d'une couronne à cinq fleurons et supporté par deux lions d'or countournés, armés et lampassés de gueules, tenant chacun une bannière bordée de sinople; celle de dextre aux armes de l'écu, celle de snestre d'argent à un pal d'azur.
