The arms below were proposed in 1956:

Wappen von Siefersheim/Arms (crest) of Siefersheim

The arms show in the lower base the chequered shield of the Counts of Sponheim, who owned the village for a long time. The upper part shows a cross for the patron saint of the village St. Martin. The arms are based on the oldest known seal, dating from 1691, that shows the chequered field and in the upper half St. Martin as a knight cutting his cloak for a beggar.
