In goldenem, von blauen Wellenpfahl gespaltenem Schild vorne ein schwarzer, rotbewehrter, nach links schauender Adler, hinten ein roter, blaugezungter und bewehrter Löwe. Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on Feburary 3, 1971. The arms are derived from the seal of Simmern from 1568. The wavy pale refers to the Simmerbach river in the village.
