Escudo de verde, uma mitra episcopal de prata, forrada e guarnecida de vermelho e dois ramos de três espigas de milho de ouro, folhadas do mesmo, tudo em roquete. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ SOALHÃES “.

The arms were officially granted on June 4, 1999.
