SREDIŠČE OB DRAVI

Arms of Središče ob Dravi

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The origin of these arms is not known. The oldest seal of the village dates from 1564 and already shows the arms as shown above.

The arms show a red pale, sometimes fiery decorated, over a pine-tree forest. Above the forest two stars, which may have been derived from the arms of the Counts of Celje. The base shows a blueb en din silver with 5 discs or rings.
