In Blau ein gesenkter, silberner Wellenbalken, überdeckt von einem goldenen Kelch, aus dem ein goldener Abstab wächst; beseitet rechts von einer silbernen heraldischen Lilie, links von drei, eins zu zwei gestellten silbernen Kugeln.
