TESSENDERLO

Province : Limburg

Wapen van Tessenderlo/Coat of arms (crest) of Tessenderlo

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 23, 1858 and again on February 9, 1994.

The arms are based on the old seals of the village, known since the 15th century. All seals show the local patron saint, St. Martin of Tours.

The arms were not changed in 1994, only the description was modernised.
