Escudo de prata, com monte de verde, movente dos flancos, rematado por pano de muralha de azul, lavrado e aberto do campo; campanha de quatro burelas ondadas de prata, verde, prata e azul, a primeira burela de prata carregada de dois peixes nadantes de vermelho e a segunda burela de prata de um peixe nadante de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VILARELHO “.
