Official blazon

Escudo cuartelado. Primero, de gules dos montes de oro. Segundo, de plata, un puente de gules de tres arcos sobre ondas de azur y plata sumado de una torre también de gules almenada y aclarada del campo, ambos mazonados. Tercero, de azur una corona imperial de oro. Cuarto, de plata tres fajas jaqueladas de gules y oro, cargadas cada una de un ceñidor de sable. Al timbre Corona Real cerrada.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 20, 1995.
