Escudo de prata, uma palma de verde e uma adaga de vermelho, com punho de negro, passadas em aspa; em orla, duas vides de verde, folhadas do mesmo, cada uma com três cachos de uvas de púrpura, com os pés passados em aspa e atados por um torçal de azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ FREGUESIA DE VINHAIS “.
