Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1560 by Count Ludwig Heinrich von Leuchtenberg.

The arms show the Wernberg castle with two banners and the arms of the Counts of Leuchtenberg. All seals and images have shown the same composition ever since.

The arms by Hupp in the Kaffee Hag albums +/- 1925
