Official blazon

In Silber auf grünem Dreiberg eine neunstrahlige blaue Fontäne zwischen zwei einander zugewandten grünen Eichen mit je zwei schwarzen Früchten.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 17, 1998.

The arms refer to the former natural fountain in the densely forested Wieglitzer Berge (Wieglitz Mountains). The fountain has long since dried up, but the municipality wanted this rare phenomenon in their arms.
