Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 25, 2015.

The saltire refers to the historical name of the village, which comes from the Arabic word "Budin" which means "village at a crossroads".

The wheatears refer to the importance of agriculture, the five stalks refer to the five villages and hamlets in the municipality.

The wavy base refers to the Conacu lake.
