Escudo de azul, cruz latina de ouro entre duas armações de moinho de ouro, cordoadas do mesmo e vestidas de prata, em chefe e cacho de uvas de ouro, folhado de prata, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE SANTA CRUZ DA GRACIOSA “.
