In Rot zwei schräg gekreuzte silberne Schifferhaken mit goldenen Stangen. Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on June 30, 1988. The arms are based on the oldest known seal of the town, dating from around 1740. The arms show two ship hooks, symbolising the importance of shipping on the Inn river for the local economy. The colours red and silver are used since 1862.
