Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in January 2021.

The bell tower is a local landmark. The green colour symbolises the agricultural character of the municipality.
The lion holding a stirrup is taken from the arms of the De Mennestrier family, former lords of the village.
The base shows three orchid flowers , that symbolise the local flora.
