German | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted in 1946. The eagle is taken from the arms of the Oberhasli district, to which the village belongs. The five stars represent the five villages in the municipality; Geissholz, Falchern, Lugen, Schwendi and Willigen.
Literature: Wappenbuch des Kantons Bern, 1981.
