Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on March 6, 2015.

The arms show in the upper part the lions of Normandy and a mitre for St. Sulpice, the local patron saint. The Tau in the lower half is the town's initial.

The mural crown refers to the former railway bridge, dating from 1885.
