English Barry wavy of eigth white and blue; a rose red barbed and seeded proper charged with a fleur-de-lys gold.

Origin/meaning

A Pun on the Name a Fort on the Mississippi River built by the French in 1716 and haded over to the British by Treaty in 1764. The Badge was approved in 1965.
