English Black; standing on a triangular base apex downward charged throughout with a gurge white and blue a base white with hte Head lowered and sinsiter hind leg raised.

Origin/meaning

An Eddy or Whirlpool (inidcated by the Gurge) combined with the haulage job undertaken by horespower. The Ship was a Coastal Tanker which hauled fuel from refinery to storage depot. the badge was approved in 1977.
