Escudo de ouro, uma oliveira arrancada, de verde, frutada de negro, entre dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, folhados de verde; em campanha, uma serra de três cômoros de verde, movente de uma planície de cinco burelas ondadas de prata e azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: "VILA MARIM - MESÃO FRIO".
