Mustal kilbil kuldne karu pea.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on July 24, 1992.

The arms show a golden bear's head in a black field. The arms are canting, the name means bear's-head. Although the meaning is more likely bear's hill, as pää can mean both head as hill.
