Rectilíneo en la parte superior y ambos laterales y curvilíneo en la punta, coronado con el timbre de la Casa Borbónica reinante. Escudo cuartelado en cruz; Primero de León (de plata, el león de púrpura coronado y armado de oro); Segundo, de sinople, con una fuente de oro, mazonada en sable y manando aguas de azur; Tercero, de sinople con un puente de oro, mazonado de sable, con dos ojos, puesto sobre ondas de plata y azur; Cuarto, de plata con un racimo de uvas hojado y al natural, sumado de tres espigas de sinople.
