I blått fält en liggande svan ovanför två strängar i stammen.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted in 1968.
The swan is taken from the locally important Laxman family, who also owned a larges estate in the village. The two bars refer to the two main rivers in the municipality, the Smedjeå and Stenså.
