In geteiltem Schild oben in Gold ein roter Pflug, unten ein silberner Pfahl in Blau.

Origin/meaning :
The upper half shows a plough, symbol of the clearing of the area and the agricultural character of the village. The lower half shows the pale of the Lords of Eltz, Lords of the Manor of Schwall in the 16th century.
