Official blason

  • (fr) De sable à la bande d'or chargée d'un annelet de sinople et accompagnée de deux têtes de loup arrachées d'argent, languées de gueules, celle de la pointe contournée.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on December 7, 2020.

The black field, with the golden bend and ring are taken from the arms of the Dournel family, former lords of the village. The two wolf heads are a symbol for the nickname of the villagers 'chés leups' (leup=loup=wolf)
