Official blazon

Blue; upon water barry wavy of white and blue a mermaid proper holding in her dexter had a looking lgass gold and in her sinister hand a comb also gold.

Origin/meaning

The badge is canting, showning a Mermaid. The Motto was approved on 15 June 1944.
