Italian	Partito: nel primo di azzurro, al veliero di tre alberi a vele spiegate, navigante su di un mare al naturale, al capo di rosso caricato su di una corona di oro all’antica, sormontata da una lettera “V” maiuscola romana dello stesso; nel secondo, d’argento, alla figura di santo Stefano, aureolata posta di tre quarti e ferma sulla terrazza di verde, tenente con la sinistra un ramo di palma in sbarra sulla spalla e con la destra la sopravveste con pietre sollevate a grembo, il tutto al naturale.
