STARA BŁOTNICA

Province: Mazowsze
County: Białobrzegi

Arms of Stara Błotnica

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on June 16, 2013.

The bend with roses is taken from the arms of the Błotnickich, family, former rulers of the area. The fleur-de-lys is the symbol of St. Mary and refers to the Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation in the Old Błotnica, with its miraculous image of the saint, and a place of pilgrimage.
