History: Constituted as 325 Aviation Squadron (Separate) on 6 Oct 1942. Activated on 17 Oct 1942. Redesignated as 325 Aviation Squadron on 1 Apr 1943. Disbanded on 30 Apr 1944. Reconstituted, and consolidated (17 Jun 1981) with the 325 Installations Squadron, Fighter, All Weather, which was constituted on 10 May 1948. Activated on 9 Jun 1948. Redesignated as 325 Installations Squadron on 20 Jan 1950. Inactivated on 6 Feb 1952. Activated on 18 Aug 1955. Redesignated as 325 Civil Engineering Squadron on 1 Jul 1960. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 1 Jul 1968. Activated on 1 Jul 1981. Redesignated as 325 Civil Engineer Squadron on 1 Mar 1994.
