Escudo de ouro, espada de vermelho com lâmina flamejante, tendo brocante uma balança do mesmo; em chefe, três ramos de azevinho de verde, frutados de vermelho e, movente da ponta, um monte de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ AZEVEDO - CAMINHA “.
