In Grün und Gold gespalten mit einem Schildhaupt in gegengestellten Farben; vorn das Wappen von Gottleuba in Gold mit einem rot bewehrten schwarzen Adler und hinten in Silber ein schwarzgekleideter arbeitender kniender Bergmann für Berggießhübel; im Schildhaupt am Spalt eine Tanne in verwechselten Farben, rechts drei grüne schwebende Wellen und links eine goldene Ähre.
