Escudo de ouro, arco-íris de suas cores (violeta, anil, azul, verde, amarelo, laranja e vermelho) movente de campanha diminuta ondada de verde e prata de três peças, com barco vogante de vermelho, realçado de prata, encimado por estrela de sete pontas de azul; em chefe, dois escudetes de azul, carregado cada um de cinco besantes de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ BUARCOS “.
