Geteilt von Rot und Silber; oben ein sechsspeichiges silbernes Rad, unten über grünem Rasen ein blauer Schrägwellenbalken.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 8, 1956.

The arms show in the upper half the wheel of the State of Mainz, wo which the village belonged for many centuries. The lower half shows a canting river (Bach) flowing through the fields.
