GROMNIK
Province: Małopolska
County: Tarnów
Polish | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on June 26, 2006.
The arms show two crossed keys and a sword, for the saints St. Peter and Paul, patrons of the Benedictine monastery in Tyniec, to which the village historically belonged.
The wavy bar is the Biała river in the village. The blue colour refers to St. Mary, the local patron saint.
