De gules, castillo de oro de dos torres, almenado, clarado de azur, acompañado en punta de dos ondas de plata y azur y superado de la letra «H» de oro, coronada de corona real abierta de lo mismo. Bordura componada de Castilla y León. Al timbre, corona real de España.
