Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on June 4, 2014.
The arms are partly canting; the point refers to the -tal (valley) part of the name, the two rivers are the Kleine Wiese and the Köhlgartenwiese. The pine tree symbolises the ladscape and the 8 branches the former municipalities.
The main colours, red and gold, are the colours of Baden.
