Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on November 7, 2008.
The arms are based on the arms of the Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire Abbey, to which the area and village belonged from 855-1789. The crosier was added as another symbol of the abbey, and two roses were replaced by lions, taken from the Lemaire family, lords of the Launay estate in the municipality.
