Selected collector's items from Germany:

LEGDEN

State : Nordrhein-Westfalen
District (Kreis) : Borken
Additions : 1969 Asbeck

Wappen von Legden

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on March 5, 1970.

The upper gold part is taken from the arms of the State of Münster, to which the area historically belonged. The three stars are derived from the medieval seal of Johann von Legden from 1348. The base shows the arms of the Von Asbeck family, who had their castle in the village of Asbeck in the municipality.
