The arms are based on the 18<sup>th</sup> century seals of the village. The lion and diamonds are derived from the arms of the Pfalz, to which the village belonged until 1802. Origin/meaning
The arms are based on the 18th century seals of the village. The lion and diamonds are derived from the arms of the Pfalz, to which the village belonged until 1802. The base shows the Elsenz river with a water mill wheel for the many mills in the Lobbach valley.
