Official blazon

In schwarz ein goldener schräglinker Wellenbalken oben begleitet von einem goldenen Kleeblatt, unten zwei silberne Balken.

Origin/meaning

The wavy bend symbolises the Aar river. The bars in the lower half are derived from the arms of Bicken and are those of the former Lords of Bicken. The clover leaf is derived from the arms of the former Lords von Dernbach, who played a role in the local history.
