Origin/meaning

The arms were registered on October 5, 2004.

The flaming St. Wenceslas eagle is a reference to the centuries during which the village was held by the Metropolitan Chapter of Saint Wenceslas in Olomouc while the two red arrows are atributes of St. Sebastian, the patron of the municipal chapple. In the lower field green field, symbolising the agricultural character of the municipality, are two crossed axes from the arms of the vladykas (low ranking nobility in Bohemia) of Bystřice, also known as "of Mrsklesy".

Coat of arms (crest) of Mrsklesy

Alternate emblazonment by Lubomír Zeman.
