Selected collector's items from Germany:

OESEDE

State : Niedersachsen
District (Kreis) : Osnabrück
Incorporated into : 1970 Georgsmarienhütte

Wappen von Oesede

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms are granted in 1951 and show the arms of the Lords of Oesede. The family became extinct in 1363 and had founded the local convent in 1170. The convent also used the lion of the family. The original colours of the family arms were unknown, so the present colours are the colours of Niedersachsen.
