The Tinctures Gules and Or are taken form the Arms of the "Great son of the Parish" the Royal Councilor, Poet and Count ERik Lindschöld (1634-1690). The Azure on Or also alludes to the Swedish Flag indicating that Count Lindschöld held some of the Highest Offices of the Swedish State.
