In keel een kruis van goud, vergezeld van vier kruisjes van hetzelfde. Het schild omringd door een hoofdmansbreuk van zilver waarvan de onderste schakel beladen is met een Brugse b van goud waaraan het stadsschild hangt, en geplaatst op twee schuinsgekruiste sirescepters van zilver.
