Origin/meaningThe arms were granted on June 23, 1976. The salt crystals and the blackberry branch are taken from the arms of Ober- and Untersulzbach repectively. Both old arms also showed a canting bar, which was made into a bend in the new arms. The oak branch and acorn are new elements symbolising the forests in the area.
